Returns Canton Coin inflow and outflow buckets with zero values for periods without activity. The start is inclusive and the end is exclusive. Inflows include peer transfers and redeemed rewards. Outflows include peer transfers, traffic purchases, and other burns. Bounds must align to UTC midnight for `day` or the first day of a UTC month for `month`. Requests are limited to 31 daily or 13 monthly buckets.
