Foresight

• Two brand new endpoints introduced specially designed for account abstraction: describe4337 and preview4337
• Backend infrastructure for Preview endpoints (which includes performing a transaction simulation as part of the classification output) has been completely revamped. It is now faster, more flexible, and available in more chains
• Added support for passing custom state overrides when previewing a transaction (useful for security applications)
