Delegate
This transaction type occurs the user delegates his governance power to a different address, for a particular protocoll.
Sign Multisig
This type is reported when the user signs a multisig transaction on-chain.
Vote
This type is reported for transactions where the user participates in protocol governance, by voting.
Typically, the user votes for a particular governance proposal, or for new gauge weights in a staking contract.
