List public classified updates

Lists classified updates for a party registered for public access.

Whether to return newest updates first. Defaults to false.

Maximum number of updates to return. Defaults to 10.

date-time

Include updates effective at or after this time.

Include updates effective before this time.

Cursor returned with the previous page.

Same JWT as the jwt header; use the header for normal clients.

Configured validator-node identifier. Defaults to the deployment's default node.
