/{chain}/identity/{party}

Returns a composite party profile including display name, organization type, current CC balance, and update count.

This endpoint makes parallel requests to gather organization metadata, balance, and activity count. If the party is not a known organization, the response will still include balance and update count with displayName as null and orgType as "unknown".
