Canton Analytics

Canton Analytics is an add-on to the Canton API for network-level analytics: supply, burn, transfer volume, ledger activity, and the Featured App ecosystem.

The endpoints are documented in their usual sections of the reference. This page collects them in one place.

Access

Canton Analytics is available on top of a Canton Platform plan. Your API key must have the add-on enabled. Without it, these endpoints return 403 Forbidden.

To enable it, contact your Noves account team.

Endpoints

Network supply and activity

• GET /{chain}/supply/series returns Canton Coin supply, price, and market cap over time.
• GET /{chain}/supply/pressure compares issuance with traffic burn.
• GET /{chain}/transfers/volume returns transfer volume across the network.
• GET /{chain}/updates/stats returns overall ledger activity.
• GET /{chain}/updates returns a feed of public network activity.

Public and private usage

• GET /{chain}/network/verdicts/daily splits daily network usage between public and private transactions.
• GET /{chain}/network/submittingParties/cumulative returns the cumulative number of parties that have submitted public and private transactions.

Traffic and burn

• GET /{chain}/trafficPurchases/{party} returns the traffic a party bought and what it paid.
• GET /{chain}/burn/{party}/series returns a party's burn over time, split into traffic purchases, pre-approval fees, and other burns.
• GET /{chain}/burn/byCategory splits network burn across Featured App categories.

Rewards and ecosystem

• GET /{chain}/rewards/{party}/totals returns a party's reward totals per reward type.
• GET /{chain}/featuredApps/categories groups Featured Apps by category.
• GET /{chain}/devFunds/history tracks the Canton developer fund.
