Returns the proposals super validators have put to a vote in the DSO, newest first, each with its category, status and vote tally.

Filter by status, by one or more category values, or by a search term. facets counts the requests that match the filters by status and by category across every page, so a filtered view can show how its results divide without reading them all.

Follow nextPageUrl, or pass nextCursor as cursor, to read the next page. Paging reaches the 10,000 newest matching requests plus one page.

The votes cast on a request, and the action it proposes, are returned by GET /{chain}/governance/voteRequests/{trackingCid}.

A query that matches nothing returns HTTP 200 with an empty voteRequests array.
