Returns the cumulative number of distinct parties that have submitted a transaction, at the end of each UTC day. The response contains two series: parties that submitted a public transaction and parties that submitted a private one.
A party is counted from the first day it submitted a transaction of each kind. A party that submitted both kinds appears in both series, so the two should not be added together. Counts include parties first seen before the requested window.
These counts include only parties that submitted a transaction, not every party that appears on one.
The series is empty until the full submission history is available.
