Returns one private update: an accepted Canton transaction represented by a finalized verdict but not by a public transaction update.

The response follows the same top-level structure as a classified update where verdict data permits it. Transfers and values are empty because a verdict does not disclose private transaction effects or amounts.

If more than one raw verdict record has the same update ID, this endpoint uses the latest one.
