Returns the Canton Coin price votes super validators have recorded, newest first. Each vote is the USD price a super validator proposed for Canton Coin when it recorded it.

Filter by svPartyId to read one super validator's votes.

Follow nextPageUrl, or pass nextCursor as cursor, to read the next page. Paging reaches the 10,000 newest matching votes plus one page; older votes cannot be paged to.

A query that matches nothing returns HTTP 200 with an empty priceVotes array.
