Returns a paginated list of public ledger updates across the network, newest first. Each entry summarizes the update: contracts created, exercised, and archived, the parties involved, the payload size, and what its root events did.
Pass nextCursor as cursor to retrieve the next page. A page can contain fewer than pageSize updates even when more are available; continue until nextCursor is null.
