Returns CC transfers for a party, paginated with cursor-based pagination.

Filterable by role (sender, receiver, or all), transfer type, and time range.

If no date range is supplied, the gateway applies a default trailing 30-day window.

Note: For pagination, use the nextPageUrl link that will be returned as part of the output.
